A woman found a knife with blood on it sticking in the yard of her Fort Lamar Road residence, according to a report filed with the Banks County Sheriff’s Office.
The woman said her dogs were biting at the handle so she removed it from the yard and called 9-1-10.
Other incidents reported to the sheriff’s office last week includes the following:
•a Lula woman reported that a man has been harassing her by sending text messages and social media posts.
•chainsaw stolen from a home at a Loggins Lane, Commerce, address.
•someone entered two vehicles parked at a McDonald Circle, Commerce, location.
•fence damaged at a Gillsville Lake Road, Gillsville, address.
•threats made toward a Highway 441, Commerce, resident.
•vehicle relays stolen from a car at a Trout Lane, Commerce, residence.
•domestic dispute at a McDonald Circle, Commerce, location.
•trespassing at a Grove Level Road, Commerce, address.
