Powertrains remain unchanged for the new model year, though the automatic ST has been dropped. The base grade is now solely available with an 85kW/190Nm 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine mated exclusively to a six-speed manual driving the front wheels. Fuel consumption is rated at 5.6L/100km for the base engine.
Stepping up to the Ti-S gets a 140kW/240Nm 1.6-litre turbo petrol motor, paired with a six-speed manual and front-wheel drive as standard. Now, the sole automatic offering in the Juke range is the CVT-equipped Ti-S, which also adds all-wheel drive (from $33,840).
Fuel use for the Ti-S is rated at 6.0L/100km on the combined cycle.
Standard specification is otherwise unchanged between the two trim levels. The base ST is equipped with halogen headlights, LED daytime-running lights, selectable driving modes, auto door lock, auto-off headlights, bluetooth phone and audio streaming, USB input, along with a leather-accented steering wheel and shift knob.
