Subaru has recalled the 2010-2014 Outback and Liberty, over concerns about their electric parking brakes.
According to the company, if the parking brake circuit board fractures a warning light will illuminate and the brake can’t be applied or released. That puts the cars in breach of Australian Design Rules (ADR) for motor vehicles.
Affected owners will be contacted by mail and advised to get in touch with their dealer for a free fix.
